Just a few things I found while organising my fic folder.  (Say that five times fast.)  These are drabbles of exactly 100 words each.  It's actually a writing exercise I really enjoy; I should do it more often.

Most of these aren't exactly fanfic - apart from the first one, the others are what you'd loosely call historical fan fiction.  In other words, they incorporate real people (although they're all long dead) into fictional relationships or situations, so if that squicks you, please take this as fair warning.

These fall into three "fandoms":  Miss Saigon, RPS set in the late Roman Republic, and the Spyverse, which is a kind of crossover universe I invented (explained further below).  All are slashy except the first one... which is only slashy if you squint. ;)  Ratings range from G to a soft R, and are marked on the individual stories.

'Til All Are One

Fandom:  Transformers (G1 cartoon)
Rating:  NC-17
Pairing:  Mirage/Starscream, Megatron/Starscream, implied others
Warnings:  Slash, graphic sex, violence (sexual and non), dubious consent, robot smexxin' :)

Summary:  One Decepticon defector + one daring Autobot spy = the perfect opportunity to infiltrate the Decepticons' stronghold; that is, as long as Mirage can convince the Decepticon second-in-command that he's the real deal.  But it turns out that Starscream may have
known the bot Mirage is impersonating a lot more intimately than anyone realised.  And it looks like the mission may force Mirage to confront a few of his own secrets...
Notes:  This first appeared in The Book of Smutty Days, the zine for the UK slash con Connotations.  Since the con brings together fans of all stripes, I tried to pitch the story so that people who weren't familiar with the Transformers universe could still grasp the premise pretty quickly.  So, if you're not a Transformers fan, feel free to give it a whirl
(and if you are a Transformers fan, hopefully it will still stand up!).

A huge, HUGE thank you to Liz for taking on the truly heroic task of betaing this - and on short notice, too.  Her suggestions and encouragement made this story what it is.  Any remaining errors are my own.

To be honest, interrogated was the wrong word... )

The Right Kind of Wrong

Notes:  A long, long time ago, my friends and I were idly chatting about what the most fundamentally wrong type of fanfic would be.  We came up with “twincest basilisk rape”, less on the basis of any actual scale and more on the grounds that, hey, the phrase was fun to say and the image made us want to bleach our brains.

Well, my friend schreibergasse has just made a donation in exchange for – you guessed it! – a twincest basilisk rape fic!  (This was an offline request, if you're wondering.)

Here you go, Schreib.  I feel dirty.

Fandom:  Harry Potter

Rating:  NC-17 (at least)

Pairing:  Fred/George/basilisk

Warnings:  Um… twincest basilisk rape.  I think that about covers it.  Oh, and bondage.

Summary:  I just… I don’t even… twincest basilisk rape, guys.  Nothing I say is going to make this make any more sense!

Cut for... well, just read the warnings. )

Fandom:  Harry Potter
Rating:  NC-17
Pairing:  Percy/Snape
Warnings:  Slash, graphic sex, tentacles, dubious consent
Spoilers:  Through Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (very few)
Percy is determined to earn brownie points with the Ministry by determining, once and for all, exactly whose side Severus Snape is really on, and what he's up to at Hogwarts.  However, Snape has his own ways of keeping the Ministry out of his business.
Notes:  The "Transformations" series is a set of requested fics I wrote for winners of a name-that-quote contest on my personal blog.  This one's for Synn, whose request was,
"Something slashy from Potter. How about Percy/Snape?"

Four Times Antony Didn't Say It, And One Time He Did

Fandom:  Shakespeare's Julius Caesar
Rating:  NC-17
Pairing:  Marc Antony/Octavian
Warnings:  Slash; some (consensual) sexual violence; possible consent issues.
Summary:  Marc Antony's world has been shattered.  A short time ago, he was Caesar's right-hand man; now, he's leading an army in hot pursuit of two former friends who betrayed and murdered his patron.  Joining Antony's quest for revenge is Caesar's adopted son, Octavian, whom Antony finds infuriating - and distracting in all the worst ways.
Notes:  This fic is set, for the most part, in the world of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar; the overall structure and setting come from the play.  However, I've also drawn in details from different historical accounts here and there, notably Suetonius's The Twelve Caesars.  Occasionally, one account may contradict the other.  Any straight-up historical errors are, of course, my own.

To Be Turned Into Corruption

Fandom:  Horatio Hornblower (TV series)
Rating:  NC-17
Pairing:  William Bush/Charles Orrock
Warnings:  Slash, graphic sex, relationship between military ranks.
Spoilers:  Through Loyalty.
Summary:  The unspoken deal is that the rules are different at sea - but that's scant consolation for a young midshipman who finds himself falling for a superior officer.
Word Count:  1,634

As Certain Dark Things Should Be Loved

Fandom:  Harry Potter
Rating:  R
Warnings:  Slash; some sexual imagery; mentions of character death.
Set after the end of the (second) war with Voldemort.  Haunted by the last days of the war, Remus finds that helping one young survivor may give him a way to fight his own demons.
Notes:  This was actually written quite a few years back, and was then completely and utterly Jossed when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows came out.  It's probably sanest if you think of this as an AU.

Fandom:  Harry Potter
Rating:  R
Pairing:  Snape/? (with implied Snape/Regulus Black)
Warnings:  Slash.
Spoilers:  Through Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Summary:  They make an odd pair, but Severus has his reasons.  A whole list of them, in fact... and some of them may even be true.

Rough Trade

Fandom:  Harry Potter
Rating:  NC-17

Summary:  Draco's reflections on sex, status, and Harry Potter.

Fandom:  Harry Potter
Rating:  NC-17
Pairing:  Harry/Snape, now with 100% more accidental voyeur!Remus
Warnings:  Slash; graphic sex; voyeurism; student/teacher relationship.
Spoilers:  Through Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Summary:  Snape has some unorthodox teaching methods, and Remus really needs to learn when not to investigate strange noises in the middle of the night.
Word Count:  497
Notes:  This is very slightly AU, just insofar as I have Harry’s Occlumency lessons starting at Grimmauld Place over the Christmas holiday, rather tha
n when he goes back to school for the spring term.

The Gamble

Fandom:  A Knight's Tale (movie)
Rating:  PG-13
Pairing:  Wat/Chaucer
Warnings:  Slash, with a side order of (very) light violence
Summary:  Geoffrey Chaucer is well aware of the allure of sex and violence, but with Wat, it's sometimes difficult to tell the two apart.
Word Count:  413
